Hello, my name is Damon Carlstrom. I am a designer, developer, problem solver, innovation enthusiast, animator, manager, leader, and self-made superhero currently working and living abroad. I have 10 years of UX and Product Design experience (7.5 years enterprise or SaaS software). Two of those recent years include direct team management and career growth responsibilities as the department head.

Currently, I am focusing my time as a Product Design Lead at Gtmhub, a SaaS platform that provides strategic business planning tools using the OKR methodology.

I consider myself a life-long learner who enjoys the creative process as much as the final product. I prefer to work in an environment that encourages growth and fresh ideas. Always up for a challenge – I just like creating innovative solutions and having fun doing it.
